ALL LOCATIONS

LOADED TOTS

At any Ole Red location, you can now order your tots loaded—and if you haven’t tried these bad boys yet, you’re missing out. These ain’t any ol’ frozen cafeteria tots. They’re handmade—shredded, seasoned, rolled into the perfect bite, and fried to crispy, golden perfection. When you order them loaded, they come topped with queso and homemade chili con carne. You won’t find beans in this recipe, says Ole Red Nashville’s Executive Chef Zachary Sass. “It’s just meat and sauce and flavor.” These tots are a tribute to Blake’s home state, where the Oklahoma-based fast food chain Sonic helped bring the crispy potato goodness to the masses. And while we love Sonic, we think our tots are as good as it gets.

OLE RED NASHVILLE

THE DOG BONE

We’ve got three letters for this dish… W.O.W. Executive Chef Zachary Sass said, “We wanted to add something to the menu that was a showstopper.” And boy oh boy, does this one deliver.

Introducing The Dog Bone: a hand-selected, bone-in cut of tender short rib. It’s smoked in-house for six hours, then braised for another four, and finished off with our homemade Ole Red Bar-B-Que sauce. Cheff Zach said when he placed it on the Ole Red stamped wooden board, the dish “just made sense.” He added a carving knife for good measure, although you won’t need it—the meat falls right off the bone. And with more than a pound of meat per serving, there’s plenty to go ‘round, family-style.

OLE RED NASHVILLE AIRPORT

DOG GONE TACOS

Treat yourself before takeoff with new Dog Gone Tacos. Choose from three downright delicious options: grilled chicken, tri-tip steak, or pulled pork, each loaded with a flavor bomb of toppings. No classic ground beef here—the culinary team designed these tacos as a fusion of global flavors, perfect for travelers from all over. Take the tri-tip tacos: smoked tri-tip, served medium, topped with horseradish crema, pico de gallo, and chimichurri. It’s a tasty mix of traditional steakhouse flavors and Latin flair. Or go for the pulled pork, seasoned with Ole Red’s proprietary Bar-B-Que rub, smoked for 12 hours, and paired with vinegar slaw and homemade sour lime crema.

Got a flight to catch? These quick-to-table tacos will have you fueled up and back to your gate lickety-split.

OLE RED TISHOMINGO

SHOTGUN SHELLS

While Blake was headed north to Tennessee, Ole Red was heading south… with the Warden and his shotgun! Head down from Nashville to Oklahoma to find these Shotgun Shells—an appetizer exploding with Southwestern flavor. Tender brisket is smoked in-house for 13 hours, then wrapped in an egg roll shell with cream cheese, cheddar, and jalapeño. After being fried to golden-brown goodness, they’re served with a smoky chipotle aioli. Y’all, they’re absolutely to die for.

OLE RED ORLANDO

NEON LIGHTS SHRIMP ORZO

I don’t know about y’all, but this cold fall weather makes me want a Florida getaway… and Ole Red Orlando’s got a new seafood dish that’ll take you away to Some Beach. Skewers loaded with juicy, succulent shrimp get seasoned with a bold Cajun garlic rub that’ll have you comin’ back for more. They’re served over sauteed bell peppers, onions, broccoli, and a bed of zesty and oh-so-delicious lemon orzo. It’s like your classic southern shrimp and grits took a tropical vacation. And we don’t skimp on the shrimp here—these things are JUMBO. Serious mouthwaterin’ flavor in every bite.

OLE RED LAS VEGAS

THE CELEBRATION BANANA SPLIT

Birthday? Anniversary? Finally tell your boss to shove it? Whatever you’re celebrating, we’ve got a desert so decadent it’s downright sinful. But don’t worry—what happens here stays here, so the calories don’t count. Picture perfectly ripe bananas piled high with vanilla ice cream, crushed pineapple, Belgian waffles, and three finger-lickin’ sauces—caramel, chocolate, and strawberry. Top it off with whipped cream, a cherry, and a sparkler to really light up the moment. It’s Vegas-style, baby… big enough to share with four, so grab some spoons, pass it around, and dig in, y’all!

OLE RED GATLINBURG

LOVE GOT ME IN HERE PRISON PLATES

Paying tribute to the song that inspired this spot, Ole Red Gatlinburg serves up a hearty Love Got Me in Here Prison Plate. This classic meat-and-three comes with corn, green beans, mashed potatoes, and your choice of main: Country Fried Chicken with white gravy, French Onion Salisbury Steak, or Hillbilly Bone Pig Wings. What the heck is a pig wing? It’s a bone-in baby back rib, fried and smothered in Molasses Bar-B-Que. Originally an appetizer, these were so popular, they’ve earned their place as a whole damn entrée. It’s served on a metal plate like the ones you find in the slammer, so you can be sure you get your square meal for the day.

Hungry yet? The dinner bell is a ringin’…get your ass to your nearest Ole Red while the gettin’ is good!
