New Menus Just Dropped: Check Out Ole Red’s Greatest Hits

Table spread of Ole Red menu items, including nachos, bluetick burger and tots, fried green tomatoes, chicken and waffles, chicken and french fries, and an assortment of drinks.

When Blake Shelton dreamed up Ole Red, he made one thing clear – that the live music on the stage would be as authentic as the food comin’ out of the kitchen. That’s what Ole Red has always been about: good tunes, strong drinks, and food that feels like home. This spring, our menus got a remix, and just like a killer setlist, we kept the hits, added some new bangers, and turned up the flavor. We’ve got fan favorites and a few fresh tracks, now playing at nearly every Ole Red location.

Let us introduce you to some of Ole Red’s Greatest Hits. Trust us, it’s gonna be music to your mouth.

STARTERS

Redneck Nachos

This app is all that and a bag of chips. A base of tri-colored tortilla chips and seasoned ground beef, topped with all the good stuff: queso, Pico de Gallo, red onions, jalapeños, olives, and finished with a drizzle of avocado cream. No need for forks—God gave ya two perfectly good ones at the ends of your arms. Plus, they’re called redneck nachos for a reason…we ain’t that fancy ‘round here.

Turnin’ Me On Brisket Tots

Hear us out… if we could date a dish, it’d be these tots. These bad boys don’t come from a bag—they’re handmade. They get loaded up with tender chopped brisket, white gravy, hot sauce, green onion, and cheese curds for an Oklahoma take on poutine. If you want some alone time with this plate, we won’t judge.

MAINS

Bluetick Burger

Ol’ Red was the damnedest dog you’d ever seen… until that Bluetick hound stole his heart. And this burger? It’s got that same charm—simple, classic, and the kinda flavor that’ll make anyone fall in love. Enjoy it how it comes with the regular fixin’s or add somethin’ fancy like bacon and a fried egg.

Honey Bee Hot Chicken & Waffles

Who said you had to choose between breakfast and lunch? This dish is soft and sweet meets strong and steady—just like the song. Crispy fried chicken and golden waffles come together like a perfect pair, with a drizzle of hot (or not) honey to bring it all home.

LOCAL FLAVORS

If you’re looking for the deep cuts, each location’s got its own exclusive tracks worth tasting. In Tishomingo, try the Shotgun Shells. Gatlinburg’s got Texoma Toast, Vegas serves up Hillbilly Bone St. Louis Ribs, and Nashville rocks Hot Chicken Wraps. Orlando brings the Buckshot Tacos, and Nashville Airport’s the only place you’ll find us serving breakfast.

SIGNATURE COCKTAILS

Some Peach

Let your worries melt away with this tropical concoction featuring vodka, peach puree, pineapple, and sweet & sour mix. It’ll have you picturing yourself where the palm trees are growin’ and warm breezes blowin’.

Coastal Cowgirl Shot

Lasso up your ladies and order a round! These ‘gram-worthy shots have vodka, strawberry schnapps, watermelon puree, and lemon. Satisfyingly sweet, honky-tonk strong.

Whether you’re here for the classics or want something new stuck in your head (and on your taste buds), Ole Red’s Greatest Hits menu hits all the right notes. So, grab your crew, pull up a chair, and turn it up—because at Ole Red, we serve the food and the music loud and proud.
