BLAKE’S FAVORITE
STAY COUNTRY BAR-B-QUE BOARD
Meet the mother of all meat boards — our take on a redneck charcuterie. We traded the fancy cheeses for a skillet of creamy white cheddar mac and loaded this thing with pulled pork, ribs, brisket links, baked beans, and grilled corn on the cob. Pile on some slaw, bacon jam, and our homemade bar-b-que sauce, then round it out with a warm roll or slice of cornbread. Big enough for three, it’s a whole lotta country. Grab a plate and dig in, family style.

STARTERS
Redneck Nachos
This app is all that and a bag of chips. A base of tri-colored tortilla chips and seasoned ground beef is topped with all the good stuff: queso, roasted corn pico de gallo, red onions, jalapeños, and smashed avocado. No need for forks—God gave ya two perfectly good ones at the ends of your arms. Plus, they’re called redneck nachos for a reason…we ain’t that fancy ‘round here.

We’re raising the bar on the classic burger. A juicy beef patty stacked high with all the regular fixin’s — then we pile on house-smoked pulled pork, smoky bacon, and a generous drizzle of Ole Red Bar-B-Que sauce. It’s one sinful, saucy mess worth every bite.

God’s Country Rack of Ribs
Low and slow, just the way it should be. Our house-smoked pork ribs are glazed in our signature Ole Red Bar-B-Que sauce and fall right off the bone, for a taste straight out of heaven.

Honey Bee Hot Chicken & Waffles
