NEW FLAVORS
BACKROADS SLOPPY JOE
This is one sandwich worth the detour. It’s made with ground beef and bison, topped with melty American cheese and spicy dill pickle potato chips for a perfect crunchy, saucy bite. Grab yourself some extra napkins and get messy.
COWBOY QUESADILLA
Round up your appetite for some big flavor. This quesadilla is loaded up with smoky, tender beef brisket and cheese, grilled to perfection, and served with avocado smash, salsa roja, and a drizzle of sour cream. It’s a taste of the wild wild west in every bite.
BAR-B-QUE CHICKEN SALAD
At Ole Red, even a Cobb salad gets the star treatment. We dress it up with grilled Bar-B-Que chicken, heirloom cherry tomatoes, grated hard-boiled eggs, white cheddar cheese, red onions, candied bacon, and a drizzle of our homemade Bar-B-Que ranch. This is health food with a honky-tonk twist.

Some dishes are instant classics. Two all-beef smashed patties, American cheese, house-made boom boom sauce, pickles, and grilled onions…now that’s what we call a smash hit.
REDNECK NACHOS
This app is all that and a bag of chips. A base of tri-colored tortilla chips and pulled chicken is topped with all the good stuff: queso, roasted corn pico de gallo, pickled red onions, pickled jalapeños, black olives, smashed avocado, and a sour cream drizzle. No need for forks—God gave ya two perfectly good ones at the ends of your arms. Plus, they’re called redneck nachos for a reason…we ain’t that fancy ‘round here.

This dish is soft and sweet meets strong and steady—just like the song. Crispy fried chicken and golden waffles come together like a perfect pair, with a drizzle of hot (or not) honey to bring it all home.
TURNIN’ ME ON BRISKET TOTS
Hear us out… if we could date a dish, it’d be our signature Ole Red tots. These bad boys don’t come from a bag—they’re 100% handmade. They get loaded up with tender chopped brisket, white gravy, hot sauce, green onion, and cheese curds for our southwestern take on poutine. If you want some alone time with this plate, we won’t judge.
