In 2023, Blake Has Made Ole Red His Place to Play, Have You?

At Ole Red, you never know when the boss man might just show up. Check out Blake’s recent appearances at his favorite place to play:

Blake Shelton at Ole Red Nashville Airport

During one Saturday in April, it was already a packed house at Ole Red before Shelton showed up, but once the news got out, travelers (some just in Nashville for a quick layover) crowded around the venue, taking videos and waving through the window. After greeting fans, he stole the stage and gave an impromptu performance of his hit “Ol’ Red.”

Blake Shelton at Ole Red Tishomingo

On August 11, the boss himself performed a free acoustic show at the Doghouse to introduce up-and-comer Kingston Rossdale for his first public musical performance.

“I’m very excited, actually honored, to be the first one to introduce this guy to the stage for the very first time ever,” Shelton said. “This guy’s an artist, he’s the real deal and you guys are going to be able to say that you were there at his very first-ever public performance.”

Blake’s other half, Gwen Stefani, also made an appearance at the show, surprising fans and spending one helluva night in Tishomingo.

Blake Shelton at Ole Red Orlando

This fall, Blake visited Ole Red Orlando and performed with none other than Season 22 Winner of The Voice, Bryce Leatherwood. The pair surprised fans with their performance of “Hillbilly Bone” – a song they sang together during Bryce’s season of The Voice – along with many of Blake’s top hits like “Honey Bee,” “God’s Country,” and “Sure Be Cool If You Did.”

Blake Shelton Calls Into Ole Red Gatlinburg

Bryce Leatherwood, as mentioned above, got a surprise call from Coach Blake before his show in Gatlinburg this year.

“I’m not as hot as you are right now,” Shelton said. “Very clearly, Tennessee loves you … you guys, you’re gonna find out quickly why I hit my button for Bryce. He’s an incredible vocalist, he’s an incredible entertainer, and he just gets better and better.”

Blake Shelton Films Barmageddon at Ole Red Nashville

For the second year in a row, Blake and Carson Daly brought their next-level drinking games, live music, and honky-tonk humor to Music City for the filming of the second season of Barmageddon. We shut down the whole damn joint so their famous friends could throw a couple back and bring the Ole Red heat straight to your TV.

All this to say, you never know when Blake will show up, so you might as well be here all the damn time! Keep your eyes peeled for upcoming performances and pop-ins from Blake and other amazing artists hitting the Ole Red stages soon.
