OLE RED GRAND OPENING SWEEPSTAKES RULES

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING. The Ole Red’s CMA Fest Getaway Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Opry Entertainment Group Holdings, LLC (“OPRY”), located at One Gaylord Drive, Nashville, TN 37214. The promotion period (“Promotion Period”) begins May 17th at 11 AM CT and ends May 27th at 9 AM CT. All times referred to throughout these Official Rules are Central Time (“CT”).

Eligibility: To be eligible to enter this Promotion, each participant (“Participant”) must be:
- At least 21 years of age, with proof of age acceptable to Sponsor.
- The Promotion is only open to legal residents of the United States, and
- void in Canada and where prohibited by law.
The following individuals are not eligible to enter the Promotion:
- Employees of Opry Entertainment Group Holdings, LLC Circle Media, LLC, and Country Music Association, Inc. (“CMA”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Participant (“You”) agree that you have affirmatively reviewed and accepted, and agree to be fully unconditionally bound by, these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements.
Privacy: As a condition of entering this Sweepstakes, You consent to receive communications from Opry Entertainment Group Holdings, for the purpose of administering this Sweepstakes and for the purpose of providing other offers and communications which may be of interest to the entrant. You may unsubscribe at any time by following the “unsubscribe” link and instructions contained in any email communication You may receive, and doing so will not affect your entry into the Sweepstakes. Personal information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes is governed by the Opry Entertainment Group Holdings, LLC privacy policy (located at https://olered.com/privacy/).

As a condition of entering this Sweepstakes, You consent to receive communications from Gaylord Opryland, Spotify USA, Inc, and CMA for the purpose of administering this Sweepstakes and for the purpose of providing other offers and communications which may be of interest to the entrant.
How to Enter: The Promotion must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided www.olered.com/cma-sweeps. The entry must fulfill all Promotion requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Opry Entertainment Group Holdings, LLC and Circle Media, LLC. Max one (1) entry per Participant.
Winner Selection and Notification: One (1) Potential winner will be selected by random drawing on or about May 27 at 12 PM CT. Potential winner will be notified by email within 24 (24) hours following selection of Winner. If the Winner is an eligible resident of Canada, the Winner must answer a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question (or other skill-testing question) before being declared the Winner. Failure to correctly answer the skill-testing question on two attempts will result in ineligibility. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within one (1) hour from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release (if required), the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. Opry Entertainment Group Holdings, LLC and Circle Media, LLC will be the sole judge of the Winner’s qualification.
Prizes: One (1) winner of the Promotion will be awarded the following prize:
- Two (2) tickets to CMA Fest
- Two (2) roundtrip airline tickets to Nashville
- 4-day, 3-night stay at Gaylord Opryland
- A Giftcard for two (2) at Ole Red Nashville
- A Giftcard for two (2) at Ole Red Nashville Airport
- Two (2) skip the line passes for each day of Spotify House at Ole Red
The approximate retail value of the prize package is $3,500. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Opry Entertainment Group Holdings, LLC’s discretion. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Opry Entertainment Group Holdings, LLC to use Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Winner’s guest must be 21 years of age.
Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Terms & Conditions: Opry Entertainment Group Holdings, LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion for any reason. In such case, Opry Entertainment Group Holdings, LLC may (but is not required to) select the Winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after such termination or suspension. Opry Entertainment Group Holdings, LLC has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Promotion, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by the Official Promotion Rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering.
Hold Harmless and Limitation of Liability: By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless CMA, Spotify USA Inc., Gaylord Opryland, Opry Entertainment Group Holdings, LLC, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, directors, from any liability, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, from any and all claims You may have arising out of this Promotion, including but not limited to Your participation in the Promotion and/or Your acceptance of any prize.
