ALL BANDS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED BY THE PRODUCTION TEAM IN ORDER TO PERFORM.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any changes or adjustments that need to be made after the band has, post advance with production, MUST be communicated at least 48 hours prior to the performance. Any changes within 48 hours might not be accommodated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maximum of 6 band members \u2013 4 musicians maximum<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All band members must be over the age of 21.&nbsp; &nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any disrespectful behavior and\/or damage to the venue, equipment or staff will result in automatic disqualification.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>In the event of a tie \u2013 Each band will perform 1 Blake Shelton song of their choice. Management will decide the winner after both performances.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>HAVE FUN!!!!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><em>The winning bands from week 1, 2 and 3 will be asked to return to the venue week four to decide the final overall winner for the month. If a band is unable to return at that time, they will be disqualified and will be replaced by the next highest scoring band From any of the previous weeks.<br><br>Management reserves the right to make the best decision for the venue and for the quality of the product on stage.<br><br>Per your advance with the production manager, all bands are expected to play on the exact same set up in order to keep everything fair. No additional gear or equipment will be allowed unless otherwise accepted by the production manager.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Scoring Guidelines<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Talent \/ Musicianship (up to 10 points \u2013 appointed by host\/management)&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Energy (up to 10 points \u2013 appointed by host\/management)&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Group Dynamic (up to 5 points \u2013 appointed by host\/management)&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Crowd Interaction (up to 5 points \u2013 appointed by host\/management)&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fan Vote (10 points \u2013 via QR code on screen in venue)&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Guest List (up\u202fto 5 points)\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>5 points = 50+ people&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 points = 40+ people&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 points = 30+ people&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 points = 20+ people&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 point = 10+ people\u202f&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>0 points = &lt;10 people&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Professionalism (Up to 5 Points &#8211; Awarded by\u202fproduction team) &#8211; How well did they work with the production team? Did they load on and off the stage in time?
