Ryman Hospitality Properties Inc. announces Ole Red Orlando at ICON Park™ is now hiring in preparation for an early summer opening. Candidates looking to join the team of Blake Shelton’s restaurant, bar and live entertainment venue can apply online to pre-schedule an interview to meet with a hiring manager.
Ole Red Orlando is currently hiring front-of-house, back-of-house and retail positions, including line cooks, prep cooks, maintenance, servers, bar backs and bussers.
At Ole Red Orlando, guests will experience the best of Southern food, hospitality and live music. The 17,289-square-foot venue includes two levels with state-of-the-art acoustics and lighting for a concert-quality music experience, as well as indoor and outdoor private event areas and three bars.
The venue features a large stage and concert-level production and sound capabilities, along with a video wall and additional LED screens. Programming will include curated concert lineups, showcases for up-and-coming talent and live music throughout the week.
A made-from-scratch, Shelton-inspired menu will feature Ole Red signature items, including “Champagne of Fried Chicken,” specialty cocktails, an extensive selection of beer and wine and Orlando-only specialties.
