Ole Red Spring Menus: New Items and Fan Faves

Ole Red’s the place where the talent on stage is as hot and fresh as the dishes coming out of the kitchen. When the music’s this good, the food’s gotta match—and trust us, it does. We’ve revamped our menus for spring, with some fresh tracks and some old favorites playing at nearly every Ole Red location.

NEW TRACKS

BUFFALO CHICKEN EMPANADAS

Kick things off with a little kick. This app is everything you love about tailgate party food in one, deep-fried, handheld bite. Spicy, cheesy, and shareable, these’ll disappear the second they hit the table, so grab ‘em while they’re hot.

BACON JAM SMASH BURGER

Two juicy, caramelized smash burger patties get topped with hickory-smoked bacon, bacon jam, garlic aioli, and house-made fried onion straws. A little bit smoky, a little bit sweet, and a whole lotta flavor, it’s one helluva burger.

BLAKE’S LUCKY CHARM™ CHOCOLATE CAKE

This desert is downright decadent, with three layers of chocolate cake and whipped chocolate topping. It’s served with a big ol’ scoop of Blake’s favorite cereal on top—but only the best parts. That’s right, we loaded it up with just the marshmallows. You’re welcome.

REDNECK NACHOS

A classic crowd-pleaser, this plate brings together all the good stuff: seasoned taco meat, queso, roasted corn pico de gallo, pickled red onions, jalapeños, and smashed avocado. Load ‘em up with smoked pulled chicken, pulled pork, or brisket, and share with friends (or eat the whole damn plate…we won’t judge).

STAY COUNTRY BAR-B-QUE BOARD

Check out our take on a redneck charcuterie. We traded the fancy cheeses for a skillet of creamy white cheddar mac and loaded this thing with pulled pork, ribs, brisket links, baked beans, and corn on the cob. Pile on some slaw, bacon jam, and our homemade bar-b-que sauce, then round it out with a warm roll or slice of cornbread. It’s a whole lotta country, and it’s big enough to share.

LOADED TOTS

Ole Red’s signature tots ain’t your basic frozen app. They’re jumbo-sized and hand-made from scratch. Order ‘em on the side of your favorite dish, and get them fully loaded with white queso, taco meat, and sour cream. Trust us, one bite and you’ll never go back to the frozen aisle.

DON’T MISS THE LOCAL BITES

While you can find the classics on nearly every Ole Red menu, each local restaurant is servin’ up their own flavors. In Nashville, go for the Hot Chicken Wrap. Visiting sunny Orlando? Give the Hillbilly Philly a try. Headed to the mountains? Check out the Big Dill Chicken Bites in Gatlinburg.
