Darrell Sikes Band

Darrell Sikes was born and raised in Plant City, FL, where small-town living, hunting, fishing, and weekend mudding shaped his roots. A natural athlete, he excelled in basketball, soccer, and baseball—living the all-American childhood.

Darrell’s love for music began early with piano lessons, where his teacher discovered not just a talent for playing, but a standout voice. Inspired by ‘90s country legends like Toby Keith, Garth Brooks, and Brooks & Dunn, Darrell set his sights on the stage.

In 2002, a singing competition led him to Nashville, where he wrote & recorded four original tracks and made strong industry connections. Though life pulled him back home, he returned to music from 2010–2013, gaining attention on local news and opening for major acts.

Returning again in 2023, opening for the Bellamy Brothers. Whether performing at festivals or hometown venues, Darrell continues to blend classic and modern country with heartfelt storytelling and Southern soul.
